Our experienced and certified technicians are available 7 days a week to resolve issues as complex as setting up a business network, or as simple as helping you get the most out of your PC or laptop.

We Come To You!

We will come to your home or office, pick up your computer and take it back to our facility for diagnosis. The modest fee for this personal service is only $35.00 and is payable at the time we pick up the computer.

Once we have diagnosed your problem, we will contact you and provide a detailed explanation and a cost estimate for the repair work. When you authorize the repair work, your final invoice will show a credit for the $35.00 already paid. As soon as the repair is complete, we will call you for an appointment to deliver your computer and set it back up for you. The unpaid balance is due at that time.

What If I Choose Not To Repair?

If you choose not to repair your computer, we will return it to you with no further charges. At that time we will be prepared to give you detailed information on choosing a computer to satisfy your personal requirements and prices that we are sure you will find very competitive.
